We would like to introduce the rotor assembly assembly line. Based on the knowledge gained from years of research and development and data from actual manufacturing processes, we identify potential technical challenges and manufacturing risks early in the customer's development phase and propose improvement plans in advance. 【Examples of Issues】 ■ It takes time to adjust the balance of the rotor assembly, leading to unstable yield. ■ There are challenges in positional accuracy and work stability during the insertion and fixing of magnets in the rotor assembly. 【Features】 ■ High efficiency achieved by automatically inserting magnets, and prevention of incorrect insertion and missing magnets using a camera vision system. ■ Utilizing knowledge from dynamic balancing and magnetization processes to reduce the primary defect rate of dynamic balance and achieve high magnetization stability. ■ Leveraging experience in injection molding, we collaborate with supply suppliers to jointly develop dedicated equipment.
